Corporate Governance

ECSI believes that its solid principles of corporate governance are the foundation for its core business and success. We strive to conduct our business activities consistent with the highest ethical standards as well as the many laws, regulations and policies that impact our business operations on a daily basis.

As we broaden our activities in diverse areas throughout the world it becomes vitally important for us to ensure that business conducted is consistent with the appropriate legal, regulatory, and ethical rules for business practices in those countries in which we operate.

ECSI relies on its employees to implement ethical and moral values throughout the organization. To facilitate this process we provide each of our employees with a handbook to assist them in their day to day decision making. The handbook includes workplace rules, standards of appropriate business conduct, procurement integrity, and intellectual property guidance, among other information.

As a security systems manufacturer and integrator ECSI is well aware of the risk factors that can result unless we self-govern and confirm management's commitment to integrity. Should you have any questions or comments regarding our Ethics & Compliance Program, please feel free to contact our Corporate Ethics Officer.
