ECSI Appoints Lt. Gen. Gordon E. Fornell, USAF (Ret.) to Advisory Board

Clifton, New Jersey, November 6, 2006 - Electronic Control Security Inc. (OTC BB: EKCS), a global leader in security and anti-terrorism systems announced the appointment of Lt. Gen. Gordon Fornell to its Advisory Board.

General Fornell retired from active duty in the U.S. Air Force in 1993 and currently works as a private consultant. He is a member of the Defense Support Initiative of the Okaloosa County Economic Development Council, President of the Air Force Armament Museum Foundation and member of the Mid Bay Bridge Authority.

He served in senior acquisition leadership positions in AF Systems Command and AF Materiel Command which included two commands; one as Commander, Armament Division at Eglin AFB, FL, from 1985-1987 and second as Commander, Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom AFB, MA from 1988-1993. These organizations developed and acquired all non-nuclear munitions and communications, command and control, and intelligence systems for the Air Force.
